Guarantees and

We require that you phone us
no later than 72 hours prior to your selected performance
date with a guaranteed attendance number. The balance due 5
days prior to arrival will be based on that number. If we do
not hear from you prior to your arrival we will assume that
the original reservation number is valid and will calculate
your balance due based on that number. Cancellations must be
made no later than 5:00 p.m. seven days prior to your
scheduled performance date. Cancellations received after
that time will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Please pick up your tickets
at our Box Office no later than 8:00 p.m. on the night of
your selected performance date. Our Box Office opens at 8
a.m. during the production season; so if you arrive in the
area early you may come by to pay the balance due and pick
up your tickets, which will save you time later in the
evening. You may enter the theatre at any time after the
gates open at 7:30 p.m. Our parking area has designated
parking spaces for up to ten motor coaches or buses. As you
enter the parking lot, follow the signs to the designated
parking area.
If it’s raining, come to the
theatre anyway. Shows are never canceled before 9 p.m.
due to rain. In the rare event a performance is closed
prior to intermission, a full refund will be granted within
60 days if you have not exchanged your tickets. For all
other cancellations, contact the Box Office for an
exchange. |
